1. Only those who are 18 years and older can place an order.

2. When an order is placed for a newborn's name, ideally, one of the parents should be placing the order, but due to their preoccupation, if some other person is placing the order, then, it is assumed that that person has the parent's/parents' authorization to do so and the onus is on him/her to protect/indemnify us against any suit brought about by the parents and in such instances, that is, where somebody other than the parents is placing the order, then, the email address of one of the parents of the newborn must also be furnished.

3. When an order is placed for reviewing/changing the name of a minor kid, anyone of the parents only can place the order.

4. Orders will be executed only after receipt of the payment.

5. Where you place the order and somebody else makes the payment on your behalf, we shall presume that, that someone else who has made the payment on your behalf has willingly given his/her consent and agreed to do so. Later, if found otherwise, you shall assume all responsibility and liability for adverse consequences thereof and you hereby undertake to indemnify us for all monetary loss incurred under such circumstances.

6. Once the order is placed and the payment made, the order can't be cancelled under any circumstances and the payment made will not be refunded.

7. In situations, where you place the order and somebody else makes the payment on your behalf, no contractual relationship shall be established with the person making the payment. Our contractual obligation is only towards the person placing the order. However, please note that in case of refunds (as explained in point 13 of this section) , the refund shall be made only to the source from which the payment was made, i.e., the refund will only be made to the person who made the payment and not to the person who placed the order and once the charges are refunded as aforesaid, it shall extinguish all our obligation to the person who placed the order.

8. Your order will be executed within 24 - 48 hours from the time of placing order or receiving payment, whichever is later. If, by any chance, the information you provided is incomplete, then, we shall seek the necessary clarifications vide email and then, in that case, the lead time of 24 - 48 hours will start from the time you clarified our query per return email.

9. All information that you provide must be true and authentic. Please read carefully before submitting your order. We assume no responsibility for any act of ours that stems from such incorrect information provided by you. If you observe any error in the ordering information furnished, please notify us immediately through email quoting the order ID (our email address is available on the "contact us" page) and if we haven't processed your order yet, we shall take cognisance of the revised input received from you and act accordingly. However, if your order has already been processed based on any incorrect information provided by you, we shall neither refund nor process the order again basis the corrected inputs submitted. You have to only place an order anew and the same must be backed by fresh payment of the applicable charges.

10. The lucky name/s as per numerology will be sent to you by email to the email address provided by you while placing your order and this email communication from us shall be construed as fulfilment/execution of your order. In the case of orders for lucky names of newborns, wherein the orders are placed by someone authorised by one of the parents, then, the lucky names will be sent to the email address of the person who placed the order as well as the parent's email address provided while placing the order and these email communications shall be construed as fulfilment/execution of the order. Please also check "spam" in your email account. Non-receipt of email at your end for any reason can't be held against us. However, if you let us know that you haven't received our email, we shall re-send it.

11. We will provide 3 lucky names (for this purpose, we refer to three "first names" aka "given names") in the case of newborns and in the case of kids where you have opted to go for an entirely new lucky first name and ordered accordingly.

12. In person or telephonic consultation is not available. We only provide the online service.

13. If, due to unavoidable circumstances and factors beyond our control, we are not in a position to execute your order, then, we shall refund the payment made and no additional liability will be assumed.

14. All explanations, instructions, notations and disclaimers mentioned in various sections of the website also form part of the Terms & Conditions of operation of this website, in so far as the context admits.

15. Disclaimer: While a name which is in harmony with a person's date of birth is generally said to bring good luck, results vary from person to person and one must realize that ultimately, a person's planetary positions, as per his/her horoscope, play a predominant role in a person's life and overrides everything else and in instances where the horoscope is weak, the lucky name may, if at all, play an ameliorating role. Whatever be the case, a lucky name, per se, doesn't have a negative effect and therefore, we aren't liable for any refund/compensation/damages, should anything untoward happen even if a baby has been given a lucky name bought from us.
