Yes, if you are a Hindu, your new born will be given Hindu name/s and if you are a Christian, your new born will be given Christian name/s and same for all the religions mentioned in the order section.

You will receive the lucky name/s within 24 to 48 hours counted from the time of placing the order or receiving the payment, whichever is later. In case, the information provided by you at the time of ordering is incomplete, we will seek clarifications by email and in such cases the lead time of 24 to 48 hours will commence from the time you furnished the requisite information vide return email.

Once the order is placed and the payment is made, it can't be cancelled under any circumstances.

If you observe any error in ordering information furnished, please notify us immediately by sending an email to our email address available in the "contact us" page and if we haven't processed your order yet, we shall take cognisance of the revised input received from you and act accordingly. We will provide 3 lucky names (for this purpose, we refer to three "given names" aka "first names") in the case of newborns and in the case of kids where a totally new first lucky name option has been ordered.

The lucky names will be communicated by way of email. The email will be sent to the email address provided by you while ordering and this communication from us shall be construed as fulfilment/execution of your order. In the case of orders for lucky names of newborns, wherein the orders are placed by someone authorised by one of the parents, then, the lucky names will be sent to the email address of the person who placed the order as well as the parent's email address provided while placing the order and these email communications shall be construed as fulfilment/execution of the order. Please also check "spam" in your email account. Non-receipt of email at your end for any reason can't be held against us. However, if you let us know that you haven't received our email, we shall re-send it.
